They are designed to help special educators meet the IDEA requirements for transition services. These programs fill that solution for compliance and age-appropriate IEP goal setting. Start by using the assessments to develop instructional objectives for each student. Then, help students develop the skills they need to meet their objectives using the lesson plans and activities and continue to evaluate progress through informal and formal assessment options.
