*Orders received after 12:00 p.m. ET may be processed the following business day, which may affect delivery times for overnight, second day, and third day shipments. For very large orders, you may be entitled to a discount on shipping.
For regular shipping, the time in transit depends on the distance from our warehouse, which is in Littleton, MA. Generally, shipments are delivered within five business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Most regular shipments are delivered via UPS ground service. To calculate how long it will take for delivery to your area, visit the UPS website.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your materials, you may return them for a prompt and courteous credit, exchange, or refund. We do not accept returns on the individually sold Teacher Toolbox access packs, materials that have been used and/or are not in “saleable condition,” and individual components of kits, including, but not limited to, BRIGANCE® kits.
If you receive a damaged shipment, keep all original packaging and call our Customer Service Department at (800) 225-0248.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our software or web-based programs in any way during the lifetime of your contract, you may, upon request, return it for a prorated exchange, credit, or refund for the remaining time left on the subscription.
