Regular Shipping Time

For regular shipping, the time in transit depends on the distance from our warehouse, which is in Littleton, MA. Generally, shipments are delivered within five business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Most regular shipments are delivered via UPS ground service. Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your materials, you may return them for a prompt and courteous credit, exchange, or refund. We do not accept returns on the individually sold Teacher Toolbox access packs, materials that have been used and/or are not in “saleable condition,” and individual components of kits, including, but not limited to, BRIGANCE® kits.

If you receive a damaged shipment, keep all original packaging and call our Customer Service Department at (800) 225-0248.
