For regular shipping, the time in transit depends on the distance from our warehouse in Littleton, MA. Generally, shipments are delivered within five business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Most regular shipments are delivered via UPS Ground service. To calculate how long it will take for delivery to your area, visit the UPS website.
Except for materials sold on a non-refundable basis, purchaser may return purchased materials with pre-approval from Customer Service within 12 months of purchase. Please examine your order upon receipt. Before returning material, call our Customer Service Department at (800) 225-0248 for return authorization. When returning material, please include your return authorization number and the return form. We do not accept returns on materials that have been used and/or are not in “saleable condition,” and individual components of kits or sets including but not limited to BRIGANCE® Kits, Ready® student and teacher sets, and i-Ready Classroom Mathematics student and teacher sets.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our software or web-based programs in any way during the lifetime of your contract, you may, upon request, return it for a prorated exchange, credit, or refund for the remaining time left on the subscription.
