How It Works

Ready to place an order? You can do this in a few easy steps, and we’ll walk you through each one.

  1. Select your order quantities.
  2. Get a quote.
  3. Fill out an order form.
  4. Choose a payment method.
  5. Submit your order.

Select Your Order Quantities

You can speed things along by knowing how many students and teachers you’re ordering for.

Get a Count

Compile an estimated count of students and teachers by grade and school for the upcoming academic year. Consider ordering additional materials to account for any new students arriving throughout the school year. If your quantities have changed since your initial quote, contact us for an updated one.

Cover Your Needs

Be sure you’re accounting for:

  • All grade levels
  • Special education teachers
  • Self-contained students in need of special education
  • Intervention teachers—Determine if they will need printed versions of the teacher materials or if they will only need digital access

If You’re Choosing a Multiyear Purchase

Choose a total quantity of student materials that represents the stable enrollment for the entire term of the purchase.

Purchase Order

Credit Card

Give us a call at (800) 225-0248 to place an order with a credit card.

Check

Mail a check and your completed order form to 153 Rangeway Road, North Billerica, MA 01862-2013.

Submit Your Order

Send your completed order form, quote, and/or approved purchase order to orders@cainc.com. If you need your order by a certain date, be sure to include that date in your order, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate your request. That’s it! We’ll contact you if we need any more information.

 

Pricing

Find pricing and general purchasing guidelines for the program you’re interested in. If pricing isn’t available online, contact us to get a quote.

 

Single Copies and Small Orders

Some of our programs have minimum order quantities, while others can be purchased as singles or in small quantities for at-home use. You can find out if the program you’re interested in has a minimum order quantity by visiting its purchasing information page. When you’re ready to place an order, give us a call to place your order via credit card.

 

Volume Discounts

Many of our products are bundled into multiunit pack sizes for classroom use and to provide volume-discount pricing. If you’re ordering for a school or district, contact us to get a quote.

 

Where’s My Order?

We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible. Approximate lead times are listed below:

  • Processing your order: 7–10 business days
  • Warehouse processing: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping: Varies by location, weight, and shipping method from our warehouse in Littleton, MA. Get the specifics on our Shipping and Returns page.

Reordering

Looking for an item number for your reorder? If your reorder is for a book, flip it over, and the item number is located next to the barcode.

Our materials are available for purchase only through Curriculum Associates, LLC. This Sole Source Policy ensures that our sole source publisher and supplier status remains intact, as required by our contracts with various entities.
