About Kelly Sia

Kelly Sia currently serves as CEO of Curriculum Associates, where she provides visionary leadership, steering the company’s growth while scaling its suite of curricula, education technology, and service offerings. Known for her conscious leadership, Kelly has led high-performing global teams to deliver transformative results for multi-billion-dollar international enterprises. Kelly holds an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business. Active in her community, Kelly serves on the Milton High School Site Council, coaches youth basketball, and participates in entrepreneurship programs at Tufts University. She is a mom of three and an ardent sports fan.
