About Sean Rabiola
Sean Rabiola is principal of Leigh School in Norridge, Illinois and a member of the Extraordinary Educator™ Leadership Collaborative. He holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from National Louis University, a master’s degree in educational leadership from the American College of Education, and a doctoral degree in leadership from Concordia University Chicago. Since 2009, Rabiola has taught various grade levels from K–6. He has more than a decade of experience in the Chicago Public School system, including two years as assistant principal in Evanston/Skokie District 65 and five years as principal at Leigh School. There he is deeply involved in several programs and activities, including the establishment of PLCs and the implementation of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports. He is committed to fostering a collaborative environment that supports both teachers and students. Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, avid Disney fans, visiting Disney parks, and enjoying activities together. What gets him up in the morning are the people he is privileged to support each day—students, staff, and parents—all of whom make Leigh School a special place.
