Laurie Penney is a mathematics content and pedagogy specialist for Curriculum Associates' teacher-led mathematics programs. Before joining Curriculum Associates, Laurie worked with teachers and students for 30 years as an elementary classroom teacher, coach, and curriculum specialist. She focuses on ensuring the alignment of content and pedagogy across Grades K–8 products and on producing engaging and developmentally appropriate content.
