About Nicki Bryant

Nicki Bryant is the principal at Childersburg Elementary School, part of the Talladega County School System in Alabama and a member of the Extraordinary Educator Leadership Collaborative. She has been an educator for 31 years, with more than 20 years in administration. Nicki is a Google for Education–Dynamic Learning Principal and a Facilitative Leadership graduate. Under her leadership, Childersburg Elementary has earned Cognia STEM Certification, Leader in Me Lighthouse Status, National Green Ribbon School recognition, and designation as an Alabama CLAS School of Distinction. She sees herself as a constant student, believing that there is always more to learn. Nicki holds an Ed.S. in educational administration from Samford University.
