With more than 30 years in education, Angie Gates has dedicated her career to supporting both students and educators through high-quality literacy instruction and instructional leadership. She spent nearly two decades as a classroom teacher in public and private schools, working with students from early childhood through intermediate grades and specializing in differentiated instruction for diverse learners. As manager of literacy curriculum and instruction, Angie supports a team of literacy impact specialists who partner with districts to implement evidence-based literacy programs and strengthen classroom practice. She collaborates closely with district leaders and educators to build instructional capacity, support effective implementation, and improve student outcomes. Angie is recognized for her thoughtful leadership, collaborative approach, and passion for empowering teachers and unlocking student potential.
