About Julie Musgrove
Julie Musgrove graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater with degrees in elementary education and physical education. She later earned a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of South Florida. Throughout her educational career, Julie has taught in Florida, Iowa, and Wisconsin, serving scholars ranging from three-year-old early intervention through fourth grade. She served as Milton associate principal at Northside Intermediate School for six years, principal in the Verona Area School District for three years, and has spent the past three years serving as director of Teaching and Learning in the School District of Milton. In her current role, Julie leads districtwide work focused on curriculum, assessment, professional learning, literacy, MLSS, and instructional improvement. She is passionate about creating strong educational systems that ensure all scholars experience high levels of learning, achievement, and opportunity, empowering them to thrive as citizens in a global society.
