iReady Diagnostic is an adaptive assessment designed to provide teachers with actionable insight into student needs. It offers a complete picture of student performance and growth, eliminating the need for multiple, redundant tests. By adapting to student responses and assessing a broad range of skills—including skills above and below a student’s chronological grade—the iReady Diagnostic pinpoints student ability level, identifies the specific skills students need to learn to accelerate their growth, and charts a personalized learning path for each student.

Standards Mastery

iReady Standards Mastery provides flexible assessments designed to measure specific grade-level standards. Built to map to your scope and sequence, Standards Mastery allows educators to quickly identify when reteaching or remediation is needed as standards are covered across the year. The program’s intuitive reports visualize student performance on recently taught material and highlight misconceptions that may prevent students from making progress.

Algebra Readiness

i-Ready Diagnostic puts the data needed to determine algebra readiness in the hands of educators. Educators can use students’ Diagnostic scores to determine if students are ready for Algebra 1 and see what additional support might be helpful for seventh and eighth graders preparing for Algebra 1 coursework.

Dyslexia Screening

Dyslexia screening with i-Ready assessments is available for no additional charge to i-Ready Diagnostic for Reading license holders. The screening consists of the i-Ready Diagnostic and additional one-on-one offline tasks to screen for the potential risk factors for dyslexia.

i-Ready Oral Reading Fluency Assessments measure a series of critical data points that illustrate students’ proficiency and progress toward reaching the level of oral reading fluency appropriate for their grade. These benchmark and formative assessments provide oral reading fluency passages written to align with industry standards and scoring guidance. They are available for no additional charge to i-Ready Diagnostic for Reading license holders.
