Naneka Brathwaite holds a master’s degree in instructional design from Quinnipiac University. Before her current role as a national director with Curriculum Associates, Naneka taught middle school math and science in New York City for 10 years. She has also worked as a professional development and instructional design coach, an instructional designer at John Jay College for Criminal Justice, and a mathematics instructional facilitator at Talent Development Secondary. A passionate educational equity advocate, Naneka believes that when educators plan and prepare with the most marginalized and underserved students in mind, all students can thrive.
