Gladis Kersaint

Dr. Gladis Kersaint is Vice Provost for Strategic Initiatives and Professor of Mathematics Education at the University of Connecticut. A former NCTM and AMTE Board member, she is coauthor of Teaching Mathematics to English Language Learners and Mathematical Literacy: Helping Students Make Meaning in the Middle Grades. Her work centers on equity, discourse, and access in mathematics education.
