Logan Rome is a senior research scientist at Curriculum Associates. He leads a team of researchers focused on linking i-Ready Diagnostic with state summative assessments, studying student engagement on i-Ready Diagnostic, and understanding student usage of i-Ready Personalized Instruction. Logan holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Educational Statistics and Measurement from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Luciana Cançado, Ph.D., is a senior research scientist at Curriculum Associates. She provides leadership for the workstream of studies on the relationship between i-Ready Diagnostic results and state summative assessment performance. Luciana also conducts research in support of i-Ready Personalized Instruction and has collaborated on research to understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on student learning. Prior to pursuing the Ph.D. and joining Curriculum Associates, Luciana worked in information technology in various roles. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Educational Statistics and Measurement from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an M.A. in International Studies from Ohio University.
