Foster Elementary School received recognition as the most improved school in the area when their 2019 Texas Education Agency Accountability Rating of 55 (F) jumped to 92 (A) after their second year using i-Ready Assessment and i-Ready Personalized Instruction. The school reported that i-Ready results were so closely aligned with STAAR® results, administrators could accurately project how students would perform. STAAR® is a federally registered trademark owned by the Texas Education Agency and is used pursuant to license.
