She cofounded Via Educational Consulting, specializing in cross-linguistic transfer, Spanish foundational skills, and program execution.

Dr. Julia Stearns Cloat, with more than 30 years of experience in education, has a diverse background as an elementary teacher, reading specialist, and administrator at both building and district levels.
