Gregory King

Greg King started his career trying to fix access to higher education and somehow ended up working across the entire education system. Driven by a passion for supporting at-risk students (and a mild obsession with research design), he has built tools and studies to help students see themselves as successful learners.

After holding research and leadership roles at multiple EdTech companies, Greg joined Curriculum Associates in May 2024 as Associate Director of Efficacy and Implementation Research, where he spends his time proving that math, and plenty of other, programs work, while also politely asking for better implementation data.

He holds a PhD in Education Research and Policy Analysis from North Carolina State University, which means he has very strong opinions about methodology. In his free time, he enjoys sports, hiking, traveling, reading science fiction, and not running randomized controlled trials at home.
