Curriculum Associates Names Kelly Sia as President

Curriculum Associates (CA), an education technology company guided by its core mission to make classrooms better places for all while driving student outcomes, has appointed Kelly Sia as its president. In this role, Sia will oversee sales, service, marketing, educator success, operations, and customer service.
Sia joined CA in 2020 serving as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Prior to joining CA, Sia worked at Procter & Gamble and Iron Mountain, bringing more than two decades of financial and operational leadership to her roles at CA.

Sia led the integration of CA’s recent acquisitions—Mentoring Minds, a leading provider of Grades K–12 instructional and critical-thinking materials, and Ellevation, an English language learning software. She helped build a strong and growing team through mentoring, investing in training programming and resources, and hiring hundreds of employees for her more than 1,300-person team. She also initiated a multiyear tech and process implementation of revamping and modernizing business systems to make it easier for employees to do their work. Since Sia joined, the company’s revenue has doubled.

In addition to her leadership at Curriculum Associates, Sia served on her children’s school council, where she helped develop parent engagement and inclusion strategies, has been part of Milton Junior Woman’s Club and spends time mentoring at places like UGA Terry School of Business, and most recently, joined Derby Entrepreneurship Center at Tufts University.
Sia earned her master's from New York University’s Stern School of Business and her bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Tufts University. She is based in Milton, Massachusetts.
