Regina Hewlett Norman was an elementary school educator for 15 years until she became an educational consultant, instructional coach, and professional learning (PL) specialist. Most recently, she taught Grade 4 English language arts (ELA) at Liberty Point Elementary School in Union City, GA. As an Extraordinary Educator, she continues to contribute to the field of education by developing curricula for mathematics and ELA, presenting at district-level PD sessions and training for teachers, and serving as grade-level chair and mentor teacher. Norman received her bachelor’s in psychology and her master’s in teaching elementary education from Hampton University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, visiting zoos and aquariums, and making memories with her husband and two sons.
