About Felita Reed

Felita Reed is a district literacy instructional support specialist in Lee County School District, Arkansas, and an Extraordinary Educator, class of 2021, for Curriculum Associates. As a teacher for 18 years, Felita has an educational specialist degree in curriculum and instruction, a master's degree in education, and a bachelor's degree in early childhood and special education. She served as an academic coach, reading interventionist, a Grades K–12 literacy specialist, a lead teacher, and a member of her district's curriculum committee for several years. Education is not just Felita’s career. It is her calling.
