Cathy Hux Keeter is a proud, retired public school educator with more than 35 years of experience in the classroom and in school and district leadership positions. She received her master’s degree in educational leadership from East Carolina University with a focus on curriculum development and leadership. As a district leader, Cathy discovered her passion as a director of exceptional children, where she worked with schools and teachers to support learning for all students.
