Developmental Screening

Developmental Screening (1 Time per Year)

Many programs screen only once. This screening takes place within 45 days of a child’s entry into the program.

Some programs screen multiple times. Each child’s initial screening takes place within 45 days of a child’s entry into the program. Follow-up screenings may take place midyear, end of year, or as indicated by your program to monitor progress.
