Success is Guaranteed! Our goal is to make sure any product you buy meets or exceeds your expectations. We stand behind our programs and products, and we strive to clearly and accurately describe our products and to make the ordering process fast and easy.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your materials, you may return them for a prompt and courteous credit, exchange, or refund. We do not accept returns on the individually sold Teacher Toolbox access packs, materials that have been used and/or are not in “saleable condition,” and individual components of Ready® Achievement Packs and BRIGANCE® Kits.

Please call our Customer Service Department for return authorization. When returning material, please include a copy of a completed return form. Click here to print a copy of the return form (include your account number & order number).
