Our goal is to make sure any product you buy meets or exceeds your expectations. We stand behind our programs and products, and we strive to clearly and accurately describe our products and to make the ordering process fast and easy.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your materials, you may return them for a prompt and courteous credit, exchange, or refund*. Just call us at 800-225-0248.
*Call our Customer Service Department for return authorization for returns over $1,000.

Where can I find sales tax and shipping charges?
All sales tax and shipping charges are computed using current state tax and shipping rate tables. Tax-exempt customers, please call Customer Service at 800-225-0248 to register your tax-exempt status.

How will I be billed for my purchases?
For customers using credit cards, your credit card will be charged when your order has been reviewed and successfully processed. Purchases made using a Purchase Order are invoiced upon final shipment. In the case of back orders, purchases are billed only after the back ordered product has been shipped.

Do I have to purchase products online?
We offer a variety of ways for you to purchase products. You can use the website to browse our products, get a quote, or purchase products, but you can also purchase products by phone, fax, or mail. For details on other ways to place an order, click here.

What if I don't get an order confirmation?
Order confirmations are immediately sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, you can check your Order Status page to determine if your order was received. Or, please call us at 800-225-0248 and we'll be happy to help you.

How do I cancel an order?
You may be able to cancel an order yourself if you are a registered CA user. Just log in to your account and click on "Order status" under the "My account" menu. You can also contact us directly at 800-225-0248. For a complete listing of contact information, click here.

How do I duplicate or clone an order?
If you wish to create a duplicate order from a previously-placed order, you simply log into your account, click on Order Status to locate the order you wish to clone, click the order ID number, then click the BUY NOW button. This places the items from the previous order into your shopping cart, and you can proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Yes, but you must send each purchase out as an individual order. The e-Store does not support the division of one order into separate shipping units. If you need to send the same items to several recipients, you can keep the items in your shopping cart and go through the checkout process for each recipient and ship-to address.

Can I order products from an international location?
Of course! Simply choose "International" under the "Select your location" link from the top left menu. Please note that for purchases outside of the United States and Canada,
payment must be made using a credit card and shipping options are limited.

Can I use airmail or special delivery for international shipments?
Yes, but you must either call for a price quotation or use the comments box on your order form to specify the type of special shipping you would like to use for your purchase. Curriculum Associates generally ships internationally using ground freight, but we may use 7-day airmail delivery at no extra cost to you if the shipping rates are comparable.

Can I use my checking account to pay for purchases?
Unfortunately, you cannot submit an order online using personal checks. However, if you wish to pay by personal check, you can always mail in your order.

If you need to change or update credit card or shipping information
