  • What are the shipping rates?

    Shipping rates are variable, based on the total amount of your order. For regular shipping within the U.S., the shipping rate is 10% of the merchandise total. For Canada, the shipping rate is 12% of the merchandise total. There is a minimum shipping charge of $10.99. For current shipping rates and for more information regarding shipping charges, click here. For very large orders, you may be entitled to a discount on shipping.

    What is the delivery time for normal ground shipping?

    For regular shipping, the time in transit depends on the distance from our warehouse, which is located in North Billerica, MA. Generally, shipments are delivered within 5 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. We ship Monday - Friday (except holidays).

    How do I request a catalog?

    From the home page, simply choose "Request a Catalog" from the menu on the upper right. From there, you can view the catalog online. Or, you can fill out the short form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page, and we'll be happy to mail you a catalog (U.S. and Canadian customers only please).

    Do book levels correspond to grade levels?

    Yes, Level A corresponds to Grade 1, Level B corresponds to Grade 2, etc.

    How can I check the status of my order?

    It's easy to check your order status. Simply login to your account. Once you're logged in, choose "Order History" under the "My Account" menu. You are also welcome to contact us by mail, telephone, fax, or email.

    Can I use a purchase order online?

    Of course! If you have created a school or district account on our web site you can use a purchase order for all your online orders. Customers with personal accounts cannot use purchase orders and should choose from our regular payment options.
